MIDDLETOWN PRIDE
I will be lead photographer for the event and I’ll have a booth as well!
Middletown PrideFEST is the State of Connecticut’s largest pride event held in downtown Middletown, Connecticut, on the first Saturday of June. PrideFEST starts at 12 pm and ends at 10 pm.
PrideFEST is an all afternoon street festival that includes family friendly fun and activities for all ages. PrideFEST consists of the Middletown Pride March, Pride Rally, two Pride Showcase Concerts, and a Tea Dance. Vendors and food trucks will be located on Main Street, and our 21+ area will offer cocktails and adult beverages with a perfect view of the South Green Stage. Don’t forget to stop by the Middletown Pride Merchandise Tent to purchase your exclusive Middletown Pride swag, sign up for our newsletter, and learn about what we do all year.
PrideFEST draws approximately 20,000 individuals, 130 vendors, and 80 marching groups from all over New England to downtown Middletown. Visit their website for more information!
BOSTON PRIDE
I will be a vendor again at Boston Pride this year!
This will include a parade, a festival, and more! The parade will start in Copley Square at 11 A.M. and move through the city’s South End, finishing at Boston Common where everyone can enjoy the festival including performances from local and national entertainers. City Hall Plaza will host a Block Party for those 21+ that begins later in the afternoon.

WEST HARTFORD PRIDE

West Hartford Pride is an incredible month-long celebration ending in a festival day filled with joy, storytelling and opportunities to network and connect with family, friends and statewide resources. For more information visit https://westhartfordpride.org/.
Trans Joy Art Show
Join Milford Pride for the opening reception of their Trans Joy art show, highlighting local transgender, non-binary, and gender nonconforming artists as a celebration of International Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV).
TDOV is an annual event dedicated to celebrating transgender people and raising awareness of discrimination faced by transgender people worldwide, as well as a celebration of their contributions to society.
Come meet the artists, enjoy light refreshments from La Catrina Taqueria, and make connections in the local LGBTQIA+ community. Free to attend, donations encouraged.
SELF Exhibition
I present a collection of self portraits that explore my identity as a trans man and follow my experience fighting for visibility through my art.
I chose to name this exhibition “SELF” to represent my own identity and showcase the work that represents who I am as an artist. As a trans man, I’ve dedicated the past 4 years of my career to raising awareness and bringing visibility to my community through my artwork. I want to introduce people to that side of my photography at THE STUDIO in Chester whether or not people agree with it. I want my work to create dialogue and start those much needed conversations about the world and how the transgender community is seen.
I want this to be an opportunity for people to see me as an artist through the work I’m the most passionate about while also getting to know me as a human being and what I stand by. I’ll be shooting in my studio for a project (that I actually need models for) so you can stop by to check out my work, see what I do and even create with me if there’s a concept you want to book in the studio!
LOOKING FOR TRANS MODELS FOR PROJECT
I’m also looking for any and all trans or queer people who would like to be a part of this project that I’m putting together for Trans Day of Visibility on March 31st. Feel free to stop by anytime throughout the night to model (all that is required is a white shirt, sweatshirt, sweater, etc). All I need is one portrait in front of a black backdrop. Completely free and takes about 5 minutes so if you’re interested but can’t make it that night, let me know if there’s another time that works for you!

Gallery Opening - "Transcendence: A Series"
My gallery, “Transcendence: A Series” will feature my editorial portrait work capturing the trans experience at Blue Orchid in New Haven, CT on Friday, December 17th! I am also hosting a “Game Night” with Transqat immediately after my opening if anyone wants to stay for a good time!
Out of Body Art Exhibit
My work will be featured at the Five Points Annex for the Out of Body Art exhibit focused on the “phenomenon” in which a person perceives the world from a location outside their physical body.

Parkville Market Pop Ups
Connecticut’s first and largest food hall, Parkville Market celebrates the best the state has to offer. They are passionate about curating multi-sensory experiences that highlight food, beverage, art, and entertainment for our local community and beyond.

Middletown Pride Band Night at Wadsworth Mansion
Rock out with us at Middletown Pride’s Band Night! A fun family event, featuring some of the state’s finest musicians! Join us outside at the Wadsworth Mansion from 6pm-9pm for an evening of live music. There will be children’s entertainment, vendors, food trucks, and a cash bar! Featuring: Downtown 6, Love N’Co, and Sister Funk!
Out & About Market
Shop gay and support LGBTQIA+ businesses! The Out & About Market will be held on the 2nd floor of The Parkville Market, creating a complete takeover of Pride events! They will be hosting Drag Bingo with Xiomarie LaBeija and DJ Edgewood in our full bar, The Local as well as welcoming NOH8!
I will have a booth there as well as my girlfriend, The Crystal Woods. Come stop by to hang out and shop from all queer owned businesses! It starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM!
West Hartford Pride

Pride Play
As a way to promote inclusion and awareness for this topic, I’ve teamed up with The Building Complex to host an event called Pride Play! We want to give kids of all gender identities and sexualities the opportunity to participate in a soccer game where they can feel completely comfortable to be themselves.
Middletown PrideFest
I am officially the lead photographer for Middletown Pride! I will be photographing all events hosted by Middletown Pride, one of them being PrideFest which is on Saturday, June 3rd on Main Street in Middletown.
